What We Fix — and What We Usually Find

Refrigerant Leaks

Compressor Failures

These tend to happen during the first real heat wave in June, when systems jump from light duty to running twelve or fourteen hours a day. The compressor is the heart of your AC, and when it locks up or trips on internal overload, your cooling stops completely. Frozen & Dirty Coils

A frozen coil usually points to restricted airflow or low refrigerant — sometimes both.

Capacitor & Contactor Failures

Thermostat Issues
