I called him with an emergency (backflow device froze/cracked) and he was able to order the part and install the new device within 24 hours of my initial call. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! I highly recommend Triangle Backflow to anyone who needs this service. I was very pleased with Triangle Backflow and appreciate the extra mile that Mohammed went to make sure that our backflow device was up to code. He also took the time to explain what needed to be repaired in order to pass our annual test. He was reasonably priced and intentionally sought out ways for us to save money, while still making sure our device was properly tested. Excellent service. I will definitely call him again next year for our annual test. Highly recommend!
